"I had a wonderful experience working with Geovany at Kay Riordan's State Farm office. He patiently explained all of the options they had available. I had issues obtaining property insurance with another major carrier, think Good Hands, but this was a seamless process with Geovany. I kept changing my mind on my coverage, but Geovany was very patient and repeatedly explained all of my options. I was surprised to not only save money on my auto insurance, but I also doubled my coverage! I also added an umbrella policy, which helps me sleep better at night. And very few things beat a good nights sleep. Thank you Geovany and Kay for: 1). the great experience, 2). the savings and 3). the peace of mind. If you need insurance, these are the go to people. "I have been using Kay Riordan for years. Very very disappointed in them. I recently found out that I was supposed to be getting a HIP roof credit for homeowners insurance. I sent them my mitigation report in 2022 and they never caught it. I am not talking a few dollars here. I am talking to probably $1,000 or more that they took from me. When another company told me I was not getting the credit I immediately called and emailed them. Patty kept saying they are looking into it. Finally, I asked for The Errors and Omissions Policy and she keeps avoiding to provide it. Patty is putting the blame on Citizens that they did not want to give he credit to me. This is the agents error. They are supposed to be checking all of this as my agent failed to do so. I asked in 4 additional emails for the Errors and Omissions policy to Patty and Kay the owner and they are both ignoring me emails. Very unprofessional. If you are with them make sure you double check your policy. I will be reporting them"
